Who is Real Savvy Success (RSS)?
We are women just like you who have created massive success in network marketing/direct sales and we want to share what we have learned during our journey and hopefully help you avoid the mistakes we made and cut months, perhaps years off your “learning curve” in this profession.
RSS is a “generic” mentoring and leadership company for Network Marketing. It’s a “safe place” for you and your team to get some outside training. We never mention any specific companies or products and our LIVE events have a firm “non-recruit” policy in place. We are here to support you right where you are–prosper where you are planted!
We are NOT here to replace your own company’s training, in fact we highly recommend you plug into your company’s events as we do.
We are here to help you learn skills and concepts (from a woman’s perspective) building as moms and entrepreneurial women (in the “pockets of our busy lives”).
In September 2010, a few of us got together and asked the question that if our profession is made up of over 80% women, why were there not more women trainers and top income earning women out there?
Fascinating isn’t it?
Other questions were:
- Can Women Have it All?
- Is “Balance” a reality?
- Is it okay for Women to Succeed?
Is it crazy that we even have to ask these questions? The truth is that women value relationships over everything so we need to learn skills to navigate through the ups and downs of building a business and still keep values and family intact.
What came out of asking these questions was our solution — Real Savvy Success
Did you know women build teams and communicate and are motivated differently than men in their business.
What we teach is specific to women issues and gifts and it’s NOT being taught anywhere the way we do it.
Now it’s very important to know that RSS is not anti-men in any way. We love our male leadership and counterparts in our lives. We want to teach skills that honor and respect the differences.
And in the business sense, many men have embraced RSS and attended our events because they are “smart” and understand that if they will lead organizations that are made up of nearly 80% females, they need to learn more about that.
I appreciate you allowing me (a guy) to come participate in your event. I feel it is really important for us male leaders to learn to empower our female business partners. So much of our industry is female and yet so often the leadership ranks are primarily male.
